Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for Cleo & Bebe

Cleo & Bebe does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring purchases. This policy explains how cancellations work for standard shipped orders, local pickup, and pre-orders.

Cancelling a shipped order (delivery)

If you need to cancel an order that’s being shipped, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au and include your order number plus the email/name used at checkout.

You can cancel your order any time up until a shipping label has been created and the parcel has been dispatched.

  • If your order has not yet had a shipping label created, we can cancel it and issue a refund.

  • If a shipping label has been created and/or the parcel has been dispatched, the order can’t be cancelled.

Local pickup orders (Balwyn)

Local pickup orders can be cancelled at any time, as long as the order has not been picked up yet.

To cancel, email hello@cleoandbebe.com.au with your order number and the name/email used at checkout, and we’ll process the cancellation.

Pre-orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order, it means it will ship at a later date (the estimated dispatch timing will be noted on the product page).

Cancelling a pre-order

Pre-orders can be cancelled:

  • Any time before the pre-order is processed for dispatch (for example, before a shipping label is created), and we will issue a refund.

Once the pre-order moves into fulfilment (such as a shipping label being created and/or the order being dispatched), it can’t be cancelled.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)

If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order item, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please email hello@cleoandbebe.com.au before the order is processed and we’ll advise what’s possible.

Changes instead of cancellation

If you need to update your order (change an item, update your address, or switch from shipping to local pickup), contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
