Refund policy
We hope you adore your Cleo & Bebe purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To begin your return, please email us at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a description of the issue, and if the item is faulty, attach a photo along with your order number so we can review your request.
Please note, returns or exchanges for customized items are not accepted.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached. They should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
As a small business, we are unable to refund delivery costs.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. After we receive and process your return, you will be issued a credit note to use toward purchasing new items from our store.
CREDIT NOTE
Credit notes are issued for the original order value (excluding postage) and are valid for 12 months. You’ll receive a unique code via email to use as a gift card at checkout.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
