Shipping Policy (Cleo & Bebe)

Thanks for shopping with Cleo & Bebe. We’re a small Melbourne-based business and we pack every order with care. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timeframes, tracking, and local pickup.

Dispatch times (processing time)

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches, sales periods, and peak seasons, dispatch can take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping rates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $9.80

  • Express Shipping: $13.80

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150

  • Free Local Pickup: Available (see below)

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: $13.90

  • Express Shipping: $23.90

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard International + 10% Tax & Duty: $29.90

  • Express International + 10% Tax & Duty: $39.90

  • Orders $250 and up:

    • Standard International: Free

    • Express International + 10% Tax & Duty: $19.90

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are calculated per order.

Duties & taxes (International)

All duties and taxes are included in the prices you pay at checkout (including where shown as “+ 10% Tax & Duty”). You won’t be charged additional duties/taxes on delivery.

Please note: Customs processing can still occasionally affect delivery timeframes.

Delivery timeframes (estimated)

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched and are estimates only (carrier delays can occur).

Australia

  • Standard: approx. 2–7 business days

  • Express: approx. 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard: approx. 4–10 business days

  • Express: approx. 2–6 business days

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard: approx. 7–21 business days

  • Express: approx. 4–10 business days

Regional/remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

All parcels include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder first, then email us at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au.

Local pickup (Balwyn, VIC)

We offer free local pickup.

  • Pickup address: 16A Burroughs Road, Balwyn VIC 3103

  • Pickup time: Anytime after you receive your pickup confirmation email

Please wait for your confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

Address changes and order edits

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may need to pay a re-shipping fee.

Authority to leave / safe drop

If your delivery is marked “safe drop” or “authority to leave,” the parcel may be left in a safe location at the address. Cleo & Bebe is not responsible for parcels that go missing after being marked as delivered.

If you’d prefer a signature on delivery, please select a shipping option that includes signature (where available) or contact us before ordering.

Missing, delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first — often it will show the most recent scan and expected movement.

If your parcel appears lost, or tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us at hello@cleoandbebe.com.au and we’ll help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

  • A parcel marked “delivered” by the carrier is generally considered delivered. If this happens, we can guide you through next steps (checking with household members/neighbours, safe places, and lodging a carrier enquiry).

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

We’ll assess the issue and work with you on the best resolution.
